Privacy policy for Rent Reminder Copilot

What we collect

The public product surface currently collects standard website analytics only after cookie consent. That includes page visits, interaction events such as CTA clicks, and incoming `utm_*` campaign parameters.

How we use it

We use analytics to understand which pages are viewed, which calls to action are used, and whether the lightweight landlord-ops wedge is resonating. We do not use the current public slice to process rent payments, collect banking information, or store accounting records.

Attribution and cookies

When a visitor lands with `utm_*` parameters, the site stores the first-touch and latest-touch campaign values locally in the browser so later interactions can be attributed correctly. You can decline analytics cookies from the consent banner and still use the site.
